SWTOR Volunteer Needs

As promised, below are a full listing of volunteer needs for Sons of Numenor and our many varied operations.  If you are interested in becoming more involved in our guild, see if one of these roles fits your style!  The Roles for the general Guild needs and SWTOR are listed below.  If you have any questions, please contact Benjimir in-game, or by currier pigeon.  Interested in helping?  Fill this form out!

SWTOR Specific Roles:

SoN-SoK-22nd9th Roles

Description - The Guild Provost for SoN, SoK, and 22nd9th, will serve as day-to-day operations lead and points of contact for guild members and incoming recruits.

Duties:
Will ensure Guild policies and standards of conduct are monitored and guided in the absence of the Guild Leader.  Will aid in maintaining in-game recruiting.  Will update SWTOR.com recruiting threads to keep high on forum lists.  With 22nd9th, you will become an authority on the Trooper Class and function in SWTOR.  Will help Will contribute to the Guild forums for their given task, as to promote site use and visits.

SWTOR Raid and PvP Roles

Description - The Raid Provosts will provide points of contact and expertise, as well as organize PvP and Raids within each of the SWTOR guilds.  

Duties:
Will be an in-guild resource for playing Flashpoints, Operations, PvP, and other instances.  Will seek to recruit new members as they group in-game.  Will provide no-pressure encouragement to members to participate with other members when needed.  Will aid new members in learning the game.  Will contribute to the Guild forums for their given task, as to promote site use and visits.

SoN-SoK Lore Master Roles

Description - Lore Master will be points of contact, expertise, and organization in promoting and spreading RP activities through the guilds.

Duties:
Will aid the Guild Leader in the development and communication of Lore among members.  Will aid in educating members about general Star Wars Lore.  Will serve as referees during in-game RP'ing.  Will contribute to the Guild forums for their given task, as to promote site use and visits.

SoN Event Provost Roles

Description - Event Provosts will organize scheduled and ad-hock gatherings of members for RP, social, and participating in special events, as well as supporting other guilds in their activities.

Duties:
Will sponsor and detail in-game events for members.  Will monitor the flow of events as they take place, and solicit others to serve Will contribute to the Guild forums for their given task, as to promote site use and visits.

SoN Global Roles

Description - It is the desire of SoN to expand its footprint across all time-zones.  Specifically the Eurozone and Oceanic timezones.  The purpose is to ensure that 24 hours a day, there is a presence of members in-game, on Lord Adraas.  This will be difficult in that Lord Adraas is a primarily North American server at present.  However this will be accounted for and presented to people up-front.  

Duties:
Will coordinate with Guild Leader in developing the European and Oceanic divisions within SWTOR.  Will post SoN recruiting notes in-game, in regional chat, across all zones.  Will actively seek out websites with communities in Europe, to promote joining SoN on Lord Adraas.  Will contribute to the Guild forums for their given task, as to promote site use and visits.  Will monitor members playing within the time ranges appropriate, for possible officers and counterparts to members filling roles for the guild.  Will contribute to the Guild forums for their given task, as to promote site use and visits.
